Squeee!!

Just finished this "ad" of mine :) 

Chocolate Whip Frosting.

I love this Frosting on yellow cake cupcakes!! 

1 cup Cocoa

2 tsp. Vanilla   

1 cup Powder Sugar

1 tbs. Butter

1/2 cup milk

(NOTE IF THE FROSTING IS TO WATERY, USE LESS MILK.) 

Mix all of your ingredients for 3 min. Or tell it looks the way you want it.
